Kronos Tools LLC, doing business as Quantum Tools, located at 1450 S Rolling Rd, Baltimore, MD 21227 (“Quantum Tools”), warrants its torque wrenches to the original purchaser, for the useful life of the product (the “lifetime”), against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or defective component, or refund the purchase price, at no charge. Repair, replacement, or refund is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents;
• use beyond the tool’s rated capacity;
• unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;
• normal wear, cosmetic damage, or corrosion;
• consumable items such as batteries, battery covers, seals, bulbs, or other wear items, unless defective at the time of manufacture; and
• routine calibration or recalibration due to normal use (except as provided in the 90-Day Calibration Warranty below).

To obtain warranty service, contact Customer Support at service@quantumtools.us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Product registration with Quantum Tools at the time of purchase serves as proof of purchase and simplifies warranty claims. If the product was not registered, a valid sales receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase may be required. Product registration is not required for warranty coverage.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. QUANTUM TOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Limitation on Implied Warranties. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before pursuing formal action, the purchaser agrees to first contact Quantum Tools at service@quantumtools.us to seek an informal resolution of any dispute arising under this warranty.

90-Day Calibration Warranty

Every new torque wrench is guaranteed to meet its published calibration accuracy for 90 days from the date of purchase. If, within this 90-day period, a torque wrench fails to meet its published calibration accuracy under normal use, Quantum Tools will, at its discretion, recalibrate or replace the tool at no charge.

To obtain service under this Calibration Warranty, contact Customer Support at service@quantumtools.us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This 90-day Calibration Warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the Lifetime Limited Warranty above.
